1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ba99ap ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ba99ap website located at ba99ap.com and all associated products and services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, the VIP Club loyalty programme, and all promotional offers. By creating a ba99ap account, logging in to an existing account, placing any wager, or making any deposit, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

ba99ap reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the ba99ap platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact ba99ap support at [email protected] to request account closure.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail. ba99ap is operated under an international gaming licence. Online gambling may be restricted in some jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the ba99ap platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

ba99ap is an adult platform strictly intended for persons aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. ba99ap reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the lifecycle of an account. Acceptable proof of age includes a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where the Player cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement will be suspended immediately pending review, with all funds held in escrow until the matter is resolved.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, players must meet the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an active ba99ap account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own personal capacity.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of ba99ap or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion programme that covers the ba99ap platform.
• You must access and use the ba99ap platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions. ba99ap reserves the right to close accounts where such circumvention is detected.

3. Account Registration

To use ba99ap's real-money betting and casino services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. ba99ap may verify the information you provide at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles ba99ap to suspend or permanently close your account without liability.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one ba99ap account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different registration details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where ba99ap identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual, ba99ap reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit any balances in excess of net deposits.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba99ap username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ba99ap will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify ba99ap support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Use a strong, unique password for your ba99ap account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-step verification from your account security settings where available.
• Do not access your ba99ap account from shared, public, or untrusted devices or networks.
• Log out of your account after every session on shared or public devices.
• Immediately report any suspected unauthorised access to ba99ap support.

Account Verification (KYC)

ba99ap operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. ba99ap may, at its absolute discretion, require you to submit identity documents (such as a national ID card or passport), address verification documents, and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ba99ap accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed below. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ba99ap does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of ba99ap. ba99ap bears no responsibility for fees, delays, or restrictions imposed by third-party payment providers.

Anti-Money Laundering

ba99ap is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. ba99ap will not process deposits or withdrawals that it reasonably suspects to be connected with illegal activity. ba99ap reserves the right to delay, freeze, or refuse any transaction and to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required under applicable international regulations. Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ba99ap platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game in question, as well as these general betting rules. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the applicable rules and that you accept the outcome as final, subject to ba99ap's right to void bets in the circumstances described below.

General Betting Conditions

1. A bet is confirmed only once ba99ap's system has accepted it and a confirmation reference number has been issued. ba99ap is not liable for bets that fail to reach the system due to connectivity or technical issues on the player's side.
2. ba99ap reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet or series of bets at its absolute discretion, without prior notice.
3. Odds displayed on the ba99ap platform are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those in effect at the precise moment the bet is accepted by ba99ap's system.
4. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds from ba99ap's data providers. ba99ap reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any event at any time without notice.
5. ba99ap reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has already been determined at the time of bet placement, regardless of whether this was known to the player.
6. Winnings from accepted bets will be credited to the player's ba99ap account balance within a reasonable time following the official settlement of the relevant event.

Void Bets

ba99ap reserves the right to void bets and return stakes in the following circumstances, among others: an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; the event does not reach the minimum duration required for settlement under the relevant sport's rules; a manifest pricing error is identified; or evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or other integrity concerns affecting the event is established to ba99ap's reasonable satisfaction.

Cricket Betting — Additional Rules

Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for rain-affected matches where the relevant competition's own rules apply DLS. Ba99ap's settlement of cricket bets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In-play cricket markets are suspended during official stoppages including drinks breaks, strategic time-outs, rain delays, and over-rate delays.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ba99ap offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as any additional terms and conditions specific to the individual promotion, which will be published alongside the promotion on the ba99ap platform at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a promotion-specific terms document, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for ba99ap bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account, failing which the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.

• Only real-money wagers contribute to wagering requirements. Bets placed using bonus funds on slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bets that are voided, cashed out, or placed on events with odds below the minimum qualifying odds stated in the promotion terms do not count toward wagering requirements.
• ba99ap reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify players from receiving bonuses where abuse of the promotion system is suspected.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Accepting a second welcome bonus while a first remains subject to wagering requirements is not permitted.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and syndicated or coordinated bonus farming, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

ba99ap reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice to the player, in the following non-exhaustive circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any promotion-specific terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false age declarations.
• Use of bots, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the ba99ap platform.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or use of proceeds from criminal activity.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions initiated against ba99ap without prior contact with ba99ap support.
• Abuse of ba99ap staff or support personnel.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ba99ap will freeze the account balance. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, ba99ap may forfeit the balance in part or in full. Where the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the balance will be restored and withdrawal requests processed within a reasonable period.

Voluntary Closure

Players wishing to close their ba99ap account voluntarily may do so by contacting ba99ap support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, ba99ap will process any remaining real-money balance (subject to standard KYC verification) and close the account within 5 business days. Players who close their account voluntarily may not re-register on the ba99ap platform for a period of 30 days from the closure date unless the closure was made as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request, in which case the self-exclusion period applies.

8. Responsible Gaming

ba99ap is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. ba99ap provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, all of which are accessible from within the player's account settings dashboard at no cost. ba99ap encourages all players to use these tools proactively and to seek assistance if gambling is causing harm to their wellbeing, finances, or personal relationships.
